Litrak doing on 23.05.2013 from 12.00am until 6.00am: Tree pruning along the LDP

We would like to inform you that, Litrak's maintenance team will be carrying out routine tree pruning works along the noise barrier in front of Jalan SS21/44.

The works will be carried out on the 23/5/2013 from 12.00 am until 6.00am. Flyers to notify the residents staying along Jalan SS21/44 will be distributed today. For any enquiry, please call our LDP Helpline at 03-7494 7333. Sample of the flyers has been attached for you reference.

Just noticed that the contractors are finally here to take down the giant sign post.

MBPJ contractors to trim trees

Finally, the MBPJ contractors are here to trim the trees following our complain that those along road SS21/42 are too high.

Representative from Mudajaya was present on site to record our complaint on the fallen trees, un-built barricades, security etc. 

Also, we have been pushing for the 3rd meeting with them.

It was suggested to this months, and gathering with stake holders to be held at site.

Unnecessary cutting down mature trees at MRT work area

Illegal Recycling Business at end of road SS21/42a (in former premise of nursery)

Volunteers jointly visited the site to cohesively inform the operator to stop his activities the soonest.

Operator said that he is in progress of doing so.

Given ultimatum until Sunday. Residents should help keep an eye on this.

Blog opened (on trial), updates made by Email

Dear All,

You all are free to try this out. I have opened a section of the Blog so that posting can be made directly by Email. This is still on trial stage.

If it works well, then the entire process of updating it can be automated. Residents/exco/members can be empowered to directly contribute by just (a) sending in the emails directly to the blog email address, or (2) allocate a special access vocal residents, as regular columnist, to update.

The current trial email update address is; d.utama21.exco@blogger.com. Please help to do in some things for testing purposes. You may post anything from food, travel, etc, (but non political) and ideally add some pictures to it, and email it to the address mentioned. Your article will be automatically posted (but subject to vetting if necessary).

All updates to this subblog (du21r-a.blogspot.com) will automatically show up directly at the main blow (du21r.blogspot.com). The process is similar with that of USJ Community Blog. Infact they are the first to have the residents' blog and have good regular contributors.
